Manager of Recruiting for a $40 million 200 employee company located in SE Wisconsin. The position will report directly to the President and Chief Executive Officer and will be required to fill positions at all levels. The company sells technical electrical systems throughout the United States. The position will have two reports. The person filling the position must have excellent interviewing and interpersonal skills and a knack for "reading people" and identifying top talent. The recruiting needed must be proactive therefore ideal candidates might be found among retained or contingency search operations. Experience should also include the recruiting of engineers and IT middle management.
