Manager, Corporate Staffing

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition the chosen leader will design and implement highly effective recruitment strategies and processes and manage recruiters, sourcers, and other internal/external partners in the effort to recruit and retain a high-functioning workforce.
 
The Manager of Corporate Staffing will:
• act as the primary point of contact for all corporate staffing services
• build and manage recruiting networks to ensure a pipeline of critical talent
• establish hiring metrics and monitor ongoing progress
• build ever-more productive relationships with a variety of people, both corporate and industry wide
• develop innovative staffing plans aligned with business objectives
• serve as a subject matter on technology, specifically Taleo systems
• champion methods for selecting and hiring people in the most cost-efficient manner
• direct and participate in the hiring process
• communicate and utilize marketplace news
• oversee the development and posting of job and job descriptions
• bring a sense of employment marketing to our collateral, special events, and new hire packages, ensuring a consistent look/feel and the integration of candidate feedback
• counsel, recognize and review the members of the corporate staffing team
• manage departmental budgets and expenses, with an eye towards cost control

The qualified candidate is results-driven, strategic and a capable leader. He/she must possess:
 • a bachelor's degree
• two-to-five years of experience, including some in recruiting and some in a supervisory role
•  broad knowledge of current technology, including applicant tracking systems and data mining applications
• the ability to propel a large-volume corporate hiring operation  
• a high degree of personal influence
• keen knowledge of sourcing methods (university, advertising/marketing, search firm, networking, etc.)
• master's degree in human resources, organizational development or business desired
• background in the retail business preferred
