  • Manage and execute full life cycle recruiting and selection process, including assisting manager in defining selection criteria, candidate sourcing and pre-qualification, facilitating interview process, extension of employment offers and pre-employment verification.
  • Partner with managers to determine staffing needs, and develop/implement creative and effective strategies.
  • Act as a resource to clients by providing creative methods of building prospect pools, prescreening and interviewing candidates and facilitating the staffing process and will be responsible for utilizing external staffing/recruiting tools such as the internet, advertising, publications, industry groups, and other sourcing concepts.
  • Implement and manage varied methods of sourcing candidates - such methods may include internet postings, searchable resume databases, career fairs, newspaper and journal advertising, employee referrals, temporary to permanent employment arrangements, etc
  • Actively solicits feedback on customer satisfaction on a regular basis.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records relating to specific openings within legal guidelines, tracking hiring activity and providing appropriate back-up documentation for OFCCP audit purposes. 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of NTC lines of business and identifies "selling points" to present to candidates.
  • Provide direction to managers of all levels on staffing decisions, legal issues regarding hiring practices, development of selection criteria and implementation of selection process.
Job Specification:
  • Bachelor's degree, 5 - 7 years experience in HR with at least 4 years in a high volume recruiting environment,
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed field organization preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing, interviewing for and successfully filling multiple vacancies utilizing internal and external recruitment sources.
  • Current knowledge of legal requirements related to Human Resources such as EEO/AA, ADA, FLSA, etc on a state and federal level. Able to define and explain to hiring managers the legal requirements and their impact on interviewing, selection and placement.
  • Knowledge of various professional functions and their roles and responsibilities within an organization (i.e. Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, etc.).
  • Demonstrated and effective interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Proficiency with personal computers including word processing, and spreadsheet applications. Ability to generate appropriate status and reporting information for the recruiting function.
  • Excellent customer service skills, both internal and external, and ability to develop and foster relationships with customers.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
