This position is responsible for participating in the efforts to manage full cycle hiring activities for a 400-500 person call center in Baltimore, MD.  The staffing focus will be on high volume call center type positions.

You will make an impact by:

  • Developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with the Call Center and Ops organization
  • Implementing strategies to attract, identify and hire high quality employees, utilizing a variety of recruitment sources and methods
  • Posting requisitions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, performing all due diligence prior to hiring, preparing offer letters, monitoring new hire processing
  • Coordinating candidate flow during the remaining stages of the interview and on-boarding process, ensuring that both the candidate as well as the client experience is positive, informative, and effective
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with professional/community recruitment agencies, schools, and all levels of internal management

TFS is looking for individuals with strong business sense and practical expertise. Successful candidates must have:

  • This position requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and/or equivalent recent experience, specifically including full cycle hiring in a high volume environment under stringent deadlines.

  • 3+ years of progressive growth in a high volume call center recruitment environment, preferably for a financial institution. 

  • Proven experience interacting with various levels of staff, candidates, management, external customers, vendors, etc. is also required.
