Super Enterprises is an exclusive distributor of Marvin window and door products. Our growing organization is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Corporate Sales Recruiter to join our growing HR team!
The role of recruitment in our organization has taken on increased importance as we expanded our infrastructure to accommodate current growth and to stimulate growth in the future. In sum, our HR and recruitment efforts are designed to lead our organization in managing change and ensuring continuous quality improvement.
In this position, one of the key deliverables is to ensure all staffing needs for the current growth plan are met on time, managing 20+ requisitions
Scope of Responsibility:Manage all areas of the recruitment process from initial contact to placement of qualified individuals in a niche market within the building industry.
Some responsibilities are:- Performs full-cycle recruitment efforts by placing and writing ads including online, attending job fairs, networking, cold calls, reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, interviewing candidates, extending job offers, and completing HR paperwork
- Develop sourcing strategies and networks to continually build a candidate pipeline for all positions
- Managing and developing a candidate network
- Maintain open communication with hiring managers and work with them to identify position requirements, timeline and interview process
- Document recruitment activity and results
- 2-5 years of experience in a recruiting role within a sales driven corporate environment
- Building industry knowledge preferred
- Strong negotiation skills, listening skills, and business sense
- Proven ability to design and execute full cycle recruitment campaigns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assert, influence, and gain creditability with managers/executives
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively
- Must be flexible for occasional overnight travel
