Do you love sourcing and name generation but are tired of the rest of full lifecycle talent acquisition?  Are you expert in internet searching- AIRS certified- and inventing new tricks every day to seek out names and hotspots?  Do you have 5 years of recruiting experience? 

 If so, then we’d like to talk to you more.  We are currently seeking a Sourcing/Data Acquisition Project Manager to develop a data-mining strategy to help us expand our international membership. 

This position will be virtual, working from your home office.  Travel to White River Junction, Vermont, will be occasionally required, but minimal. 

A competitive salary and generous benefits will be offered as compensation for this position. 

Requirements:

  • 5 years of recruiting experience, with an emphasis on name generation using web and telephone sourcing
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Current AIRS certification preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to be innovative
  • Current HCI members preferred
