The position will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of our most senior level executive professionals.

Must Have:

-Minimum of 10 yrs of full life cycle recruiting

-Minimum of 7 years of executive recruiting experience

-Minimum of 2 yr of experience utilizing and understanding the new OFCCP guidelines and how they apply to recruiting

-Minimum of 4 yrs of experience recruiting for a Technology focused Consulting firm similar to Keane

-Bachelors degree desired
