We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter with a focus on sourcing and recruiting all levels of talented sales professionals. You will also have opportunities to recruit for other positions and work on recruiting projects that add value for our Corporate and Branch Hiring Managers.

The position will be based in our Corporate Offices located about 15 North of Downtown Dallas off Stemmons Freeway. Some of the responsibilities will be:

• Assist recruiting management team with setting short and long term recruiting strategies for assigned customer group and/or region.
• Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities, associations, chambers of commerce and other employment venues in assigned region
• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified sales professionals
• Establishing partnerships with our hiring managers and supervisors to identify the ideal candidates

• College Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Human Resources Preferred, but not required.
• 5 to 8 years of recent Recruiting experience with an emphasis in sales, business development, account management, and sales administration.
• Proficient in MS Suite packages- Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Savvy Internet Recruiting and sourcing skills with the ability to yield qualified candidates.
• Applicant Tracking Software experience required
