We are seeking an experienced, creative recruiting professional to develop and deliver recruitment strategies for exempt and non-exempt sales and service positions supporting our West Coast field offices.  Initial focus will be on our California offices in Glendale, San Francisco/Walnut Creek and San Diego.  

Qualifications 

• 5-7+ years of successful recruitment, selection and college relations experience.
• Excellent sourcing, rapport building and closing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver creative recruitment strategies.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Ability and desire to travel regionally (Estimate 30% travel).
• Experience in insurance, financial services or pharmaceutical/ health care and supporting multiple locations preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
