The RightThing, recognized as one of the 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America by the Great Place to Work® Institute, is looking for someone to manage our new Recruiting Operations Center located in Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities include:
• Participate in the selection process to staff new facility with experienced recruiters
• Manage on-site staff, and assist with allocating resources to specific accounts
• Coach and mentor employees, address performance issues
• Assist with New Employee Orientations and on-going trainings
• Communicate with leadership team and facilitate staff meetings to provide information to employees
• Contribute to the design, and ongoing improvement of the recruiting process
• Support marketing and sales efforts from an RFP, contract and sales meeting perspective
• General office manager responsibilities (e.g. manage office supplies, shipping/receiving, office security, etc.)
Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
• Strong commitment to client/candidate service (e.g. responsive to e-mails, phone calls, proactive in providing feedback and maintaining communications with candidates and client)
• Project Management experience
• Effective PC/Microsoft Office skills – technically savvy
• Previous use and knowledge of various ATS systems and other recruiting tools
• High degree of flexibility, self-motivation and drive
• Ability to work in a highly functioning team environment
• Staffing and/or Recruiting experience
• Experience managing a large team/recruiting operations, preferred
