Investment Management Firm, headquartered in Santa Fe, New Mexico seeks a qualified Recruiter for a newly created role, responsible for building the organization's talent acquisition function, including processes, policies, etc., as well as performing full life cycle recruitment for open positions.

Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 yrs. of recruiting experience.  A Bachelor's Degree is required, and previous HR Generalist experience, and/or certifications in HR desired.  Candidates must be a self-starter and have the ability to influence management.  Strong communication skills and presence is required.
