We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who has primary expertise in sourcing all levels and functions of talent particularly engineer talent. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a recruiting strategy to meet the key staffing needs for Engineering Operations, Systems, Marketing, Business Development, and administrative support functions.
- Identify, develop and implement ways to aggressively source candidates.
- Develop and maintain effective business partnerships with leadership to insure transparency of recruiting process and understanding of business needs.
- Responsible for maintaining recruiting costs associated with all interviews.
- Manage all aspects of the interview process: sourcing, interview coordination, background check process, closing the offer
- May be responsible in staffing temporary - employees associated with agencies that supply temporary contract employees
- Partner with HR team to insure coordination of staffing activities associated with the selection and hiring process of candidates
- Track staffing metrics relating to recruitment efforts
- Manage external posting process
- May coordinate interview schedules
- Proven track record of success in recruiting talent
- Relevant University education or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience with heavy focus on recruitment and staffing.
- Strong computer skills with MS Word, Excel, email and internet recruitment methods.
- Professional approach with internal and external clients
- Solid communication & influence skills a must
