Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. is seeking an outside sales representative to join our LRS Consulting Services group. This sales representative will be responsible for selling our staff augmentation Information Technology (IT) services.

Your role:
- As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the primary face-to-face contact with named accounts in your territory. These accounts will include only prospects and you will have a goal of securing the sale of information technology services within these accounts. You will typically target companies with annual revenues of at least $1 Billion.
- You will attend meetings with decision makers of targeted large accounts in order to identify opportunities and move those opportunities to a close by obtaining a signed customer agreement and/or statement of work for solutions and services offered by the LRS Consulting Services Group.
- You will be based in our Dallas, TX office. Your territory will be the greater Dallas area.
- Compensation will consist of a base salary plus commission.
Organization Structure and Interfaces:
The LRS Consulting Services Group is managed by a Director. Currently four Practice Managers report to the Director and have responsibility for our Central Illinois, St. Louis, MO, Overland Park, KS and Dallas, TX locations. One Practice Manager has additional responsibilities for our Project Infrastructure Services delivery. You will sell staff augmentation services and will report to the Dallas Practice Manager.
Sales professionals are valued at LRS. You will work in a sales-oriented environment with like-minded technical sales professionals.
LRS maintains partnerships with several industry leaders such as IBM (Premier Partner), Microsoft (Gold Partner) and Cognos, so you will have access to top-level support from these partners. We are also a managed partner of Microsoft. This makes us one of the top 150 Microsoft partners in the USA. LRS was named 2005 International Partner of the Year at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference for our advanced infrastructure solutions sales efforts.

Requirements
- Your success in this position will be measured by your ability to close contracts so that you achieve your gross profit goal and continually expand our presence in the Dallas market.
- You must have at least two years of Information Technology Staff Augmentation sales experience to various levels of management in companies with at least 1,000 employees. You must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You must have permanent authorization to work in the USA. No visa sponsorships are available.
- You will be a stronger candidate if your account experience is within the territory specified for this position.
Success Keys:
Your interim progress will be judged by your ability to schedule meetings with prospects so that you establish, maintain, and move forward opportunities with decision makers in these companies.
