Seeking National Sales for ClientSolv - a professional staffing firm experiencing growth - in good times and bad times! ClientSolv prides its diversity of revenue- Commercial and Public (State and Federal) which has provided us consistent and reliable income over the past 15 years. We have untapped "Master Agreement" with State of California, Florida, Texas, North Carolina, Montana, Louisiana, Minnesota that can be leveraged by the National Sales person. ClientSolv is a Federally certified by SBA as WMBE, 8a, SDB firm with active GSA-Schedule 70 in place that can be utilized by the employee to generate revenue.
The employee will prospect and sell on a national/regional basis with a focus on accounts ranging in size from $1B to $10B in annual revenue. He/she will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with key accounts to create strategies for a win-win partnership. The ideal candidate will have experience selling on a national/regional level and will have a significant network of contacts on a regional or national scale. Staffing experience is required for this position, but will consider software/hardware sales experience. The employee must understand how to cultivate long term partnerships and be comfortable selling to C-level executives. The employee will be supported by a strong operations/recruiting team who are led by seasoned executives responsible for service delivery, ensuring the success of client partnerships.
The employee will work from a home office with support from corporate headquarters and field locations. Outstanding compensation plan offers base salary commensurate with experience on a sliding scale and extremely lucrative commission plan. We will provide weekly "Hot Leads" to go after "current" needs of target clients. We have exemplary track record on Closing/Leads with our "Hot Leads". This job is well suited for people with strong phone skills who can "dig up" information and build rapport on the phone quickly. Commission is 3% of total revenue with meeting or exceeding the required target margins. Commission is uncapped. Growth opportunities are limitless for an employee who establishes credibility and demonstrates competency in this role.
Compensation:
Performance-based monthly salary of $5,000 ($60K/year) on meeting expected monthly closing (4) and meeting gross margins requirement. This is not a draw but performance based salary on a sliding scale. In addition employee earns lucrative commission (paid monthly) and potentially career path to management.
Qualification:
- At least 2 years of IT staffing industry experience, preferably "current/recent" experience
- Bachelors or Associate Degree
- Must enjoy being on the phone making cold-calls for 4-6 hours/day;
- Must have outgoing personality and attitude;
- Must be ambitious and driven by success and rewards.
Performance Bonus:
- $2,500 bonus, if sales revenue of $750,000 is generated within the first six months - earned revenue (not projected or contracted) through direct business development/sales.
