We are a fast paced organization. Recruiting is a TELEPHONE-INTENSIVE POSITION, working within a discipline in which you will be trained. Most of the time is spent on the telephone with client companies and candidates you will assist in executive recruitment and placement. In rare cases the position will involve client visitation working to build relationships with clients and candidates. These are the key elements you need to have and understand to exceed with ELS. If you have never been in "sales" do not concern yourself with this issue. We will train you in the cutting edge approach which is consultive in nature.
