We are a fast paced organization. Recruiting is a TELEPHONE-INTENSIVE POSITION, working within a discipline in which you will be trained. Most of the time is spent on the telephone with client companies and candidates you will assist in executive recruitment and placement. In rare cases the position will involve client visitation working to build relationships with clients and candidates. These are the key elements you need to have and understand to exceed with ELS. Executive Leadership Solution's opportunities as noted above allow you to join our firm as either a employee or independent contractor. Employees work from our corporate offices in the upscale neighborhood of Gateway here in beautiful Ft. Myers, Florida. Independent Contractors work from home or in remote executive office suites. Several of our recruiters start as employees in the office and as they become established have chosen to work from remote locations even if they live close to the office. In today's work environment many of our most successful recruiters enjoy the life style a virtual office offers.  With either option you'll have the exact same tools and resources needed to become a successful recruiter.
