Despite the softening economy, we are in growth mode and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our entrepreneurial team.  The ideal candidate will love to win and have 3+ years recruiting experience.  Experience in retail, manufacturing, FMCG, and/or in retained search is a plus. Attention to detail, multi-tasking capability, and strong written/oral communication skills are a must as is a positive attitude and demonstrated initiative.

 

The successful candidate will work on multiple search assignments from search strategy development, research, and recruiting through search completion in a wide variety of industries and functions.  Our assignments are typically in the corporate support functions including finance, IT, marketing, HR, and operations.
