This role will be based out of Andover, MA with the flexibility to spending 2-3 days per week in Burlington, MA. In this role, you will develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies in support of Philips Lighting organizations. Philips Lighting is a leading provider of solutions and applications for both professional and consumer markets. We address lighting needs in a full range of environments: indoors, in homes, shops, offices, schools, hotels, factories and hospitals, as well as outdoors, in public places, residential areas and sports arenas. We also meet people’s needs on the road, by providing safe lighting in traffic (car lights and street lighting) and elsewhere. In addition, we address people’s desire for light-inspired experiences through architectural and city beautification projects. Our lighting is also used for specific applications, including horticulture, refrigeration lighting and signage, as well as heating, air and water purification, and healthcare.

You will use you expert recruiting techniques to identify top candidates for a wide range of positions including Engineering, R&D, Marketing, IS and Operations.

 

BA/BS degree required. 5+ yrs documented success in a recruiting role in either a corporate or agency setting.

Candidate should have proven strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Candidate should exhibit a positive attitude and be inspiring to peers at all times.

Candidate must have significant experience in fast-paced and highly confidential environment that requires juggling multiple priorities.

Candidate should be able to demonstrate success in prior recruiting roles, preferably documented.

Candidate should have strong account management skills

Candidate must possess exceptional communication, negotiating and influencing skills

Strong computer skills, including experience with applicant tracking systems is required.

Preferences include formal training in behavioral interviewing assessment, honed customer management skills, AIRs or related certification, experience in niche or function.
