Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 18 months recruitment experience (contingency or search) with a proven track record of developing relationships and delivering results.

Track record of candidate management.

Exerience leading projects with clients.

Whilst life sciences recruitment experience is ideal, we do offer in-depth training by both internal and external experts to put you on track to working on assignments as quickly as possible.
Please note that this is a permanent, full time position to be based on-site at our offices in Conshocken, PA.
