This person will be responsible for the Campus Relations Team to include; Campus Recruiting, Diversity Recruiting, Corporate Internship, and engagement with professional organizations essential to fulfilling business needs. Key responsibilities will include developing strategic initiatives to enhance Wal-Mart’s relationship with external professional organizations, increase the level of talent sourced from universities by leveraging industry expertise, distinguishing the Campus Relations Program, and ensuring the company is competitively positioned as an industry leader within the realm of recruitment. Excellent knowledge of brand marketing. Additionally, incumbent will be accountable for the department’s budget and P&L, effective expense planning, and cost/benefit management. Incumbent will also establish the expectations of the team to include the strategy and its relationship with the different divisions to meet the immediate and long-term vision enabling the execution of customer and company goals. Day to day expectations include team management, evaluating performance, and the development of the team. Incumbent will be competent at leveraging partnerships and relationships with professional organizations such as Students of Free Enterprise, NACE, and others to help market, measure best practices, and drive business visibility throughout the various industries in order to recruit and retain the top talent. Incumbent will also be expected to represent the Campus Relations team and Corporate Recruiting on many fronts to include Executive Leadership as well as distinguished external customers and partners such as university leaders, and various other professional organizations. Position will require a high degree of flexibility, creativity, ability to travel, strong communication skills, analytical skills, and high level of professionalism.

 Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree or applicable work experience
2. 7-10 years experience with college recruiting
3. Extensive understanding of professional and diverse organizations
4. P&L/Budget management
5. Prior management experience

Preferred Requirements:

1. Master’s Degree
2. 8-10 Years experience with college recruiting
3. Previous SIFE and NACE partnerships
4. Development, implementation, and utilization of event and college career resources such as electronic postings, advertisement, and publications for talent acquisition and Brand Management.
