Novotus is looking for a highly strategic, forward thinking sales and business development individual to help maintain the standard of excellence our customers have come to expect. Novotus leads the way in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing industry as thought leaders and delivery experts, and we are looking for someone with big ideas and big talent to join our sales team.

 

Drawing on the skills and talent you bring to the table partnered with the tools Novotus provides, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the strategic business plans to support growth and bottom line profitability. Be ready to sell our ability to manage any and all segments of the recruiting process from requisition creation to new hire on-boarding, including specialty recruiting functions like career website management and employment branding.

This position is a complex, solution sales position that is vital to the short and long term success of Novotus. This superstar will be driving the new business development efforts for Novotus.

 

To be successful, our candidate must have:

  • Extensive experience with Interim Staffing
  • Some experience with permanent placement a plus
  • Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience a plus
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies
  • Solution sales methodology
  • Competitive intelligence and market analysis
  • Needs requirement analysis and solution recommendation
  • Salesforce automation technology - pipeline management capabilities
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office, PowerPoint, the internet and Wiki
  • Lead generation
  • Conference/Event experience
  • This is an anchor sales position. The ability to start as the sole sales person with support from Inside Sales and Senior Leadership Team members
  • Relentless desire and work ethic
