Team Lead, Recruitment Operations and Analysis

MinuteClinic is an innovative healthcare company that integrates simple, high quality healthcare solutions into consumers’ lifestyles.  We offer patient education, rapid exams, diagnosis and treatment for a number of common family illnesses in convenient locations where people live, work and play. We are currently seeking a Recruitment Operations and Analysis Team Lead to create, analyze, and develop a variety of recruitment and workforce metrics to achieve strategic recruitment goals. In addition, the team lead supervises the recruitment coordinators and supports the development and implementation of new technology and systems.  This is a key position, directly contributing to the improvement of the productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction of MinuteClinic’s recruitment process.  

Essential Accountabilities:

  • Supervise the recruitment operations function, ensuring all processes are competed in an effective, efficient and productive manner.
  • Develop new formats and processes for the production and presentation of recruiting metrics, scorecards and satisfaction surveys by incorporating feedback from stakeholders and external research.
  • Oversee the various recruitment technology systems, such as Sales force and ATS, including initial set-up, maintenance, and on-going training.
  • Develop and implement new programs such as pre-hire and departure processes.  Prepare analysis of results and recommend improvements. 
  • Establish processes to collect, analyze, and publish workforce demographic and activity data to proactively identify emerging trends. 
  • Develop and implement a workforce forecasting process that incorporates business needs, external workforce projections and internal demographics in order to produce a multi-year forecast and action plan that addresses recruiting and retention. 

 Requirements:      

  • Four year degree in business administration, human resources or related field with emphasis on analytics or statistics preferred; Master’s degree is a plus. 
  • Four years minimum related Human Resources experience in areas of development and implementation, metrics and reporting, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of recruitment processes, procedures and related technology.
  • Knowledge of areas related to process improvement, project management and program development and implementation.
  • Experience with report development and data analysis/evaluation is required.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and collaborative skills as well as highly developed research and presentation skills.
  • High familiarity with computer systems, including HIRS, ATS and Microsoft Office.  CRM system experience is a plus.
  • Professional certifications are a plus.
