Adecco RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) is a division of Adecco S.A., a Fortune Global 500 company and the world leader in workforce solutions.  At Adecco RPO, we partner with our clients to develop and implement a comprehensive framework for acquiring and retaining talent.  We are currently seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to bring experience and dedication to the Adecco environment.  You will be working with a team of professionals recognized as thought leaders in the RPO industry. Talent Acquisition Manager A Talent Acquisition Manager works directly with our client organization and is responsible for delivering all aspects of Adecco RPO’s recruitment solution to client as outlined in the Statement of Work.   In addition, Talent Acquisition Managers: - Are responsible for developing and managing the relationships with Client Key Stakeholders- Manage, develop, and motivate the dedicated Adecco RPO team- Work closely with Adecco Consulting group during the launch process to assist in identifying critical information that is needed from the client for the solution and to describe to client the potential solution based upon the information gathered.-Work with client organization to identify, track, measure and modify Service Level, Operating Level and Key Performance Indicators- Address and resolve all matters relating to an escalated concern with both the key client stakeholders and internal dedicated team- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly operational meetings with client or Adecco RPO team per the Statement of Work - Act on the client’s behalf during internal meetings to ensure that client expectations are always met or exceeded.- Participate in presentations to the client regarding current state of the project/agreement and identifying areas of improvement or best-in-class programs/results    

REQUIREMENTS 

- Extensive experience with diversified methods of recruiting such as corporate recruiting, contingency recruiting, or high-volume recruiting 
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience generating reports and presenting information to management- Prior experience working with applicant tracking systems- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred - SPHR/PHR Certification is a plus
