Our Retail Cabinet Group is seeking an HR Director to oversee our salaried workforce.

Reporting to the VP of HR, this position is responsible for developing, directing, and implementing policies and activities in accordance with the organization’s strategic goals.  The position will oversee approximately 25 employees and programs in staffing, training, compensation, payroll and benefits, management practices, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, budgets, and other employee services.
 
A four-year degree (MBA preferred) and a minimum of eight years broad HR experience in a progressive HR environment preferred.  Excellent communications and interpersonal skills required.  This position has an excellent compensation and benefits package.
