As National Director of Recruiting, you will support Aon National Consulting by performing workforce planning, internal client communications, project management, employee development, tracking and reporting results, development and execution of candidate sourcing strategies, recruitment process optimization, and relationship-building. Our top priority is to identify an experienced “player-coach” recruiting professional who has demonstrated the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team to achieve extraordinary results in a dynamic organization. You must be able to interact effectively with senior-level clients and candidates, have strong negotiation skills, a strong work ethic, and openness to innovation. Prior experience in consulting is not required, but a background in a professional services environment is preferred.
