We currently have an opening for a Director, Talent Acquisition. This position will lead the talent acquisition team in the development of the Company’s sourcing strategy, tools and processes to identify and acquire talent to meet the current & future business needs within the Dannon and Evian business in the US.
Responsibilities·
Develop recruiting strategy by working with the HR Business Partners and business leaders.·
Work with global recruitment and communication team on Employer Branding.·
Develop and manage sourcing strategy and techniques, including diversity strategy.·
Lead campus recruitment efforts working with HR Business Partners· Utilize HIRIS technology to manage the job requisition process, job postings both internal and external, and applicant flow.·
Ensure that we are using an assessment and selection approach which is effective and legally compliant, and ensure hiring managers are trained on the process and interviewing techniques.·
Identify vendors to be used to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
Bachelors and Masters Degree (or equivalent experience) in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related field and previous experience in a fast-growing organization.·
7-10 years of demonstrated experience in all or a combination of the following: Agency Recruitment, In-house recruitment, Campus recruitment, HR project management and/or HR Generalist·
Superior interpersonal skills- listening, negotiating, communication, and the ability to interact with diverse populations·
Strong business orientation and understanding of US labor market and ability to influence senior leaders to drive change·
Ability to manage multiple, complex projects, supported by resources from internal and external teams·
Flexibility- ability to adapt to changing business needs·
Strategic Management experience·
Vendor Management experience·
Experience using technology in the recruitment process·
Certified in Assessment tools·
Knowledge of laws in the area of assessment and selection of talent
