Description:

Recruits candidates from North and South America for relocation to Saudi Arabia to work for Saudi Aramco.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

6 years experience as a recruiter in the oil & gas industry with a concentration in recruitment for refinery, engineering, and/or upstream operations.

Candidates should have extensive knowledge of sourcing techniques; good interview skills with experience in behavioral interviewing; and experience in the development of sourcing strategies and recruitment plans.
