Responsibilities The Healthcare Vice President of Human Resources will be a strategic, dynamic, hands-on, solution oriented, respectful, constructive, thoughtful, and energetic leader whom puts our patients and employees first. The VP/HR will link the organization's strategic mission and vision. Provide overall strategic HR leadership to all divisions within the company. Oversee the development and implementation of strategic programs, Clinical and Non clinical recruitment, selection, retention, human resources policies, programs and services, legal compliance, employee benefits, employee relations, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and employment law.

Requirements; Strong Talent and Acquisition background in the recruitment of Nurses and Nurse Practitioners. 4-Year BS/BA Degree, MBA/MA Degree preferred, 10+ years of experience as a healthcare VP/HR for a public company with a minimum of 300 employees’.
