 Executive Recruitment Partner In this position, you will develop and execute proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent by developing strong partnerships with hiring managers and candidates and building a bench of qualified candidates to meet both current and anticipated staffing needs. The selected candidate will develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace and build on established strong networks and innovative techniques to source and attract top talent to AstraZeneca. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (advanced degree preferred), along with 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, including 5 years’ recruiting executive-level candidates (i.e., Director and above) into a highly sophisticated matrix corporate setting. Applicants should possess significant experience developing and implementing comprehensive resourcing strategies, developing strategic resourcing plans, and identifying and leveraging institutions and professional organizations.
