Job Description:
Strong Suit is redefining salesforce recruiting. We've studied success predictors and leveraged technology to dramatically improve the hunt and to elevate the image of recruiting. We're offering the opportunity to develop and implement our proprietary and effective search engagement strategy, to build from the beginning, and to grow.
As a Recruiter you will spend time doing what you do best - evaluating candidate’s skill sets and making great matches. Your recruiting team’s Research Analyst (internet guru) floods the search process with qualified passive and active candidates. The team’s Associate makes the initial candidate contact, passing on only the most qualified to you. The result, you spend your time doing what you love - thorough analysis and evaluation of a candidates. As a Recruiter you work directly with the client throughout the interview and hiring process to build successful long lasting relationships.
Job Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience interviewing and evaluating candidates
• Must have experience working directly with hiring managers
• Must be intellectually curious and driven to succeed
