• Candidate screening, behavioral based interviewing, role playing
• Presentation development and delivery
• Interview management
• Interview logistics and scheduling
• Report generation and metric analysis
• Client specific organizational training

• High degree of flexibility, self-motivation, and drive
• Bachelor's degree
• Recruiting and Interview experience
• Very strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of proficiency with Internet applications and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to be self-directed in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional quality of work
• Team participation

• Experience with biotech, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Experience with Research Development and/or Medical in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Previous Experience in Human Resources, staffing or recruiting
• Familiar or direct experience with BrassRing HireSystems Applicant Tracking System
