Brulant has an immediate opening for a talented and passionate HR Professional with solid analytical and technical skills, who is ready to make a significant impact to our growing organization. The HR Analyst’s primary responsibilities include:

Generation of regular and ad-hoc reporting in support of Human Resources and Recruiting leadership, including but not limited to compensation, attrition, recruiting, and performance management reporting

Ensuring data integrity within HR/Recruiting Systems

Using available system-reporting tools, develop and implement new or redesigned reports for internal and external business partners per their requests and timelines, ensuring data accuracy
-
Audit, validate and correct data within HR systems to maintain data integrity and ensure that system controls and processes meet all internal and external audit requirements

Analysis and recommendations on the data including action items and trends
-
PowerPoint presentation development
-
Strong project management skills
-
Strong interpersonal and client interaction skills
-
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint – Access knowledge is a plus
-
Ability to analyze and manipulate data
-
Ability to design reports tailored to different audiences
-
Ability to analyze, create, and document solutions to problems
-
Ability to manage multiple activities to aggressive deadlines
-
Understanding of confidentiality and associated expectations
