Brulant has an immediate opening for a talented and passionate HR Manager with a strong business mind-set who is ready to make a significant impact to our growing organization.   The Generalist’s primary responsibilities include:

• Management of other HR Generalists
• HR Partner to executive level internal clients
• Developing/building out the HR organizational structure and supporting processes including (but not limited to) enhancement of employee relations process
• Management/oversight of the Performance Management Program and Processes
• Compensation/Benefits Administration

Qualified candidates include those who possess a Bachelors Degree in HR or related field as well as 5 or more years of experience in the following areas:

• Management of complex employee relations issues
• Oversight of compensation administration and philosophy
• Oversight of performance management systems
• Exposure to benefits administration
• Leadership coaching and guidance
• Management of others
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
• Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong relationship building skills
• Demonstrated flexibility and objectivity in responding to business needs
