Brulant has an immediate opening for a talented and passionate HR Manager with a strong business mind-set who is ready to make a significant impact to our growing organization. The Generalist’s primary responsibilities include:

Management of other HR Generalists
-
HR Partner to executive level internal clients
-
Developing/building out the HR organizational structure and supporting processes including (but not limited to) enhancement of employee relations process
-
Management/oversight of the Performance Management Program and Processes
-
Compensation/Benefits Administration
Qualified candidates include those who possess a Bachelors Degree in HR or related field as well as 5 or more years of experience in the following areas:
-
Management of complex employee relations issues
-
Oversight of compensation administration and philosophy
-
Oversight of performance management systems
-
Exposure to benefits administration
-
Leadership coaching and guidance
-
Management of others
-
Demonstrated ability to work well within a team environment
-
Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong relationship building skills
-
Demonstrated flexibility and objectivity in responding to business needs
