Rochester Midland Corporation has an immediate need for an experienced Corporate Recruiter.  The Corporate Recruiter is a new addition to our HR team.  You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates for our current openings in sales, management, clerical, manufacturing and technical support positions through media such as newspapers, professional journals, job fairs / career shows, search firms, employment agencies, universities, etc.

 Recruits and interviews individuals for position openings, both externally and through the internal position posting system, and refers qualified candidates for further consideration.  Other responsibilities as a member of the Human Resources Dept are also required.  

 Requirements:  Two or more years of successful recruiting for technical sales, a sales background is a plus. Ability to recruit a full range of positions in a manufacturing organization.  Computer literacy and strong communication skills required.   EOE
