Senior Recruiter

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who has the skills to serve as a lead in the recruiting organization.  The Senior Recruiter will work as part of a team to complete timely projects for process improvement, mentor junior recruiters, and conduct recruiting campaigns

 

Responsibilities

  • Provides Talent Acquisition Strategy and leadership for the TA team
  • Ensure TA process is effective, streamlined & communicated
  • Manages the day to day activities of the team
  • Provides guidance to recruiting team members to include sourcers, recruiters, and coordinators
  • Provides full life cycle support Dir + level TA
  • Conducts executive level talent reconnaissance to build bench & aid in succession planning
  • Attend industry related conferences, events & build a database of A players
  • Participate in operational meetings to keep abreast of business needs and growth potential.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on metrics
  • Manage TA budget and all related invoices
  • Maintain cost containment utilizing creative and effective sourcing methods.
  • Partner with UK TA to ensure Software oversight & engagement
  • Interface with peers across CheckFree, Fiserv & externally to share best practices
  • Maintain scorecard & update HR Dashboard Metrics
  • Manage paired down vendor list
  • Develop relationships with talent sources in order to accomplish our defined talent acquisition goals.
  • Consults with the business units to assess needs and develop creative sourcing strategies to identify candidates for open positions within identified functional areas.
  • Establish trusted working relationships with hiring managers within client groups.
  • Utilize expert sourcing techniques to identify top talent for key positions within the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruiting life cycle from inception to candidate placement.
  • Leads staffing related projects as assigned.
  • Serve as an advisor and contributor to interview team and candidate evaluation.
  • Maintain knowledge of best in class techniques and resources for identifying talent.

 Required Skills

  • Minimum 7 years of experience recruiting in a wide range of functional areas 
  • Proven track record in search execution in a high growth, team-based environment
  • Experience working in both a corporate is strongly preferred
  • Must have highly developed negotiation, interpersonal, organizational, and influencing skills with a strong sense of customer service
  • Must have proven leadership skills
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to influence, consult, and negotiate
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Must be flexible and adaptable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with all organizational levels
  • Excellent presentation and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ATS systems is preferred
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency

  Education

  • Must have a four year Bachelors Degree
