The Opportunity
College recruiters are responsible for attracting and recruiting top college graduates to Gallup. They are sophisticated, professional ambassadors who develop relationships with campus leaders, faculty, and administrators. They give group presentations, contact top students, and develop vital referrals from each of their hires.
Gallup college recruiters:
• Determine and manage recruitment needs for a top tier of colleges and universities in their region
• Present Gallup’s corporate vision and career opportunities in the company to undergraduate and graduate students
• Grow Gallup’s brand awareness on campus by coordinating all recruiting events, such as career fairs, receptions, presentations, and additional networking activities
• Plan campus and onsite visits involving students and company associates
• Partner with Gallup’s internal Talent Resources team members, college recruiters, and hiring managers
• Travel up to 60% of the time during peak recruiting seasons
Two to four years of college recruiting experience is strongly preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required. Experience with public speaking is highly desirable. Gallup does not typically sponsor foreign citizens for H-1B visas or permanent resident status for this position.
