• To search for, select and hire new employees with a focus on senior executives, physicians and scientists to strengthen capability to implement current and future business strategies:
Sourcing:
• Full cycle recruiting-To support senior line managers on appropriate recruitment tools and agree with senior management & HR Manager on tailored recruitment strategy, closely collaborates with selected executive search companies and use internal search capability as well as personal network to source top talents.
Selection:
• To screen identified candidates, select a shortlist and forward to senior line management & HR Generalist, applying the most appropriate selection approach.
Hiring:
• To ensure availability and sending of complete contract

• To be a strategic player in the implementation of the TMS systems for recruitment purposes and for creating a succession plan within Global Marketing.
• To facilitate best practice staffing process within your assigned function.
• To manage a dedicated staffing team.
• To develop best practices to import into the staffing center. 
• To demonstrate compliance with employment laws/ regulations as well as with company’s hiring policy. 
  MUST have prior experience hiring scientists and MDs.
