Our Toronto office has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive where you can showcase your business development skills and utilize your IT recruitment experience.

• Source and sell new potential clients in the technology, finance and telco sectors in Canada.
• Be involved in the recruitment process. Assist in sourcing candidates for client job requirements using our advanced web-based applicant tracking system, internet job boards as well as direct recruiting and referrals.
• Facilitate the recruiting process with clients. 
• Lead and Manage a recruitment team.


Requirements:
• Entrepreneurial Spirit
• Successful track record in technology recruitment
• University degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in the technology recruitment industry in Canada. 
• Background in Sales
