Mission1st is a leading provider of on-site project management & engineering expertise commercial and Dept of Defense communications initiatives domestically and abroad. Mission1st has grown over 100%, 4 of the past 5 years. We are looking for a Recruiter who has experience with engineering recruitment.

Recruiter 

NO FEAR OF THE PHONE.

At least two years of full life cycle recruiting experience required.

Must have experience using applicant tracking systems, in a high volume, fast paced environment preferred.

Diversity recruitment and clearance experience desired. Experience identifying and developing professional networks with professional organizations is strongly preferred.  

Responsibilities·        Post positions on external job boards, publications, networking, and diversity groups.  Source candidates and identifies new posting sources using appropriate recruiting channels.·       

Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to discuss program details, job responsibilities, benefits, and compensation. Determine if candidates have the appropriate skill level to advance to the technical interview stage

May conduct telephone reference checks on potential hires.

May obtain external survey data to recommend salary midpoints for new and existing positions.

Make job offers and determines appropriate salary for candidates for full-time positions.

Track candidates through the hiring process: interview, offer, hire, background check, pre-employment drug screens.

May report weekly staffing statistics to Recruiting Manager.

Initiate and maintain relationships with local and national diversity organizations for the purpose of contributing to a diverse workforce

Participate in process improvements of the recruiting function.·    

Work with HR Director to facilitate Hiring Manager Training and education on any changes in hiring process. 

Ability to attain and maintain a secret clearance is a requirement. Failure to meet these requirements may result in withdrawal of employment offer or other employment action. US citizenship is required.
