The Senior Executive Recruiter is responsible for the full-cycle executive recruitment process, to include strategy and management in addition to execution of executive sourcing and recruiting processes and initiatives.

 

Essential Duties:

  • Interact with all product lines to ensure cross-divisional recruitment effectiveness.
  • Support the recruitment process and standards to achieve the desired key result indicators.
  • Ensure achievement of the highest level of customer satisfaction, diversity and cross-divisional hiring goals.
  • Develop and implement aggressive strategies to source and attract highly qualified, diverse Executive Talent. 
  • Build healthy relationships with a diverse group of key individuals within and without the Sodexo community, thereby maintaining a broad, active network.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and Sodexo policies.
  • Research and implement best methods, technology and resources and build a robust database of diverse executive talent and resources.
  • Assist with executive succession planning projects, presentations and other special projects as needed.

An ideal candidate will have:

  • 8-10 years of recruitment experience. Preference is that 3 of the 8-10 years of recruitment experience should be with an executive search firm.
  • Demonstrated success with executive recruitment in a variety of disciplines.
  • Proven sourcing abilities that include networking, Internet sourcing, market analysis and cold calling to passive candidates.
  • Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy, including competence in Microsoft applications, i.e., Word, Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and other recruitment database/tracking systems.
