Job Summary: We currently have an opening for an Executive Recruiter for our Parsippany, New Jersey location. This exciting position will be responsible for executing the strategy for sourcing and hiring Director Level and above talent using contingency and retained firms, attending career events, and developing a proactive sourcing strategy using workface plans and forecasting.
Responsibilities: As Executive Recruiter, you will own the full life cycle recruiting process for positions Director Level and above. As subject matter expert, you will identify niche contingency and retained search firms, pinpoint networking opportunities and innovative sourcing methods, attend local recruiting events, and develop relationships with agencies and retained firms on a proactive basis. Additionally, you will be responsible for communicating with candidates regarding the Daiichi Sankyo employer brand, while at all times demonstrating your extensive knowledge of the company and pharmaceutical industry as a whole.
Education/Experience: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree; PHR or SPHR certification preferred. You must have at least 3-5 years of experience recruiting mid to senior level positions, preferebly in the pharmaceutical industry or with a serach firm specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated experience in the identification of and negotiations with contingency and retained search forms is critical. The ability to identify innovative methods to source Executive level candidates is required. Additionally, you should have strong relationship management, multi-tasking and communication skills.
