Job Summary: We currently have an opening for a Senior Manager, Recruiting Operations in our Parsippany, New Jersey location. This position will be responsible for all operations supporting the recruiting of talent for Daiichi Sankyo, Inc (DSI). The scope includes employer branding, relocation, administrative process excellence and support, Applicant Tracking administration, vendor contract negotiations and metrics.
Responsibilities: In this role, you will develop and execute the DSI Employer Brand strategy for all target talent audiences, work with an Employer Brand vendor and DSI stakeholder groups to determine appropriate media, career events, networking websites, job boards and major publications to increase quantity of quality candidates through effective marketing of DSI career opportunities. You will lead the RFP process and serve as primary contact for all vendor management contracts to ensure competitive pricing and consistent application of contract terms. You will identify, plan logistics, and attend local recruiting events. You will identity areas for process improvement and make appropriate recommendations, and handle escalated relocation issues. Additionally, you will manage and mentor three direct reports.
Education/Experience: Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree; MBA is preferred. You must have at least 7 - 10 years of experience in Recruiting Operations, or related recruiting experience that involves vendor management oversight, execution of employer brand initiatives, and recruiting process improvement. A minimum of 2 years managing direct reports is required. We are looking for someone with demonstrated knowledge of recruitment employer branding and e-marketing, and who has strong creative thinking, project management, process improvement and communication skills.
