Description:
This position manages all strategies and processes related to the sourcing, attraction, assessment and selection of high-caliber candidates for a headquarters business(es) within Sears Holdings Corporation. Accountable for expanding SHC's strategy to develop a pipeline of diverse candidates that have backgrounds for Director level and below roles.
Responsibilities:
-Supports all SHC businesses in meeting annual hiring goals
-Partners with business contacts to proactively determine staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
-Develops executive recruitment strategies for the enterprise
-Works closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition Programs to coordinate recruitment efforts into college recruitment
-Manages recruitment budget for non-traditional recruitment
-Pre-screen, qualify and assess high potential talent while ensuring effective candidate management methods are being used throughout the recruitment process.
-Participates in the development of recruitment strategies, advertising campaigns and image building projects.
-Continually seeks innovative, cutting-edge approaches to the recruitment of high-caliber military and diversity candidates
-Drives the diversity recruitment initiative to support enterprise wide diversity goals
-Manages multiple projects supporting business objectives
-Schedules and oversees coordination of all recruitment events for assigned businesses
Qualifications:
-Military or Diversity recruitment experience
-Ability to effectively manage projects and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to manage a recruiting budget
-High level of comfort in communicating with all levels of management
-Experience and comfort in presenting to groups of individuals
-Knowledge of, or experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment
-Bachelor's degree
