The Jung Group is a boutique recruiting services firm with clients in the Fort Worth area. We are currently looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team. Overall Responsibilities
The Senior Recruiter will collaborate closely with Managing Partner to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for our clients. He/she will proactively learn about the client company, their industry, products, strategic direction, and their corporate culture. We firmly believe that this environmental information further augments the job-specific data that we gather from each of our corporate clients. The Senior Recruiter will serve as an ambassador of our firm when networking with candidates – providing exceptional client management service. He/she will also participate in client meetings and business development strategy sessions to help build the recruiting and consulting practices.
Specific Duties
- Provide insight to and consult with clients on current market trends.
- Serve as account manager to clients and cultivate relationships.
- Ensure job profiles and position requirements are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop position-specific screening questionnaires.
- Identify the best combination of resources/tools to source top talent.
- Directly source passive job candidates.
- Prepare candidate profile summary and supporting documents for presentation to client.
- Prepare candidate for prospective employer interviews.
- Manage candidates throughout the screening process.
- Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates.
- Leverage candidate tracking systems to help facilitate future searches.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships through proactive communications.
- Assist with recruiting projects and collaborate with TJG colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5+ years recruiting experience for managerial and/or executive level positions
- The ability to speak intelligently about our clients across different industries
- The ability to articulate our message, our approach and our value proposition to prospective clients and candidates
- The ability to identify and engage qualified candidates
- Understanding the functional breakdown of an organization
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates
- Proven knowledge and expertise in sourcing methods including using recruiting research, cold calling, warm calling and internet recruiting
- Experience using staffing systems and tools, including applicant tracking systems, web-based tools, job boards, social networks, and your imagination
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating and collaboration skills
- Strong project management skills and performance recruiting metrics
