POSITION OVERVIEW: Reporting to the Regional Recruiting Manager, the Professional Recruiter will exceptionally, lead, and manage all recruiting and community networking relations for our Customer Service Center. The Professional Recruiter is responsible for providing world class scouting and staffing services for StarTek. This position delivers high quality candidates and advances the StarTek brand across numerous markets and professional association and communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the StarTek selection process. This individual will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, agencies, associations and the community at-large Requirements: Confer with leadership to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.. Develop and maintain a network of contacts to identify and source qualified leads. Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify and recruit the very best candidates. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback with interview teams and candidates. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required. Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-art responsibilities assigned to this position. Travel 40% local. Education and Experience: BS in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline required. Four years experience in full lifecycle recruiting components including but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship and relationship management. Required Skills: Skills: Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills and strong interviewing skills. Must have solid knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques and the ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff. Requires high level computer expertise including use of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications.
