We are currently seeking a Director of Recruiting to be based at Zilliant’s headquarters in Austin, Texas.  This individual will directly report into the CEO and will be responsible for defining and leading Zilliant’s recruitment strategy as well as partnering with the executive team to determine hiring needs as well as creatively source to directly fill open headcount. The role will manage a recruiting coordinator along with the management of contract recruiters as needed during heavy hiring periods. RequirementsQualified individuals must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 years of recruiting experience.  Individuals must have significant experience recruiting within the software industry and start-up experience is a must!
