You need to be a strategic thinker, with the ability to set goals and create strategic plans to reach them, to evaluate both staff and systems in light of those goals, and to hire and develop the staff necessary to achieving them. To lead your team, you will need strong background in business development, refined sales skills, and a clear pattern of increasing success. Both our temporary and our permanent divisions work with the top employers in the city, and we need a manager who has dealt at a more sophisticated level.
