Outsource Consulting Services Inc. needs a talented Technical Recruiter to do candidate sourcing, profiling, and contract placements. The Recruiter position is a key member of the Client Services department providing day-to-day management of client relationship management while on-boarding and off-boarding temporary, contract and/or permanent professionals. May function as a lead or dedicated recruiter in customer relationship management of key clients.
Responsibilities
* Using your demonstrated technical, professional and/or administrative recruiting skills to more closely manage and identify key talent throughout the recruiting process.
* Sourcing candidates through existing database and contacts, advertising campaigns, and direct recruiting.
* Maintaining ongoing candidate communications based on established standards to ensure an active database of qualified candidates for filling client requirements.
* Adhering to established departmental interview schedule to ensure proactive recruiting of candidates for hard-to-fill and often-requested positions prior to the need.
* Meeting with candidates face-to-face to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences.
* Managing the Internet-based recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs.
* Making recommendations to clients regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements.
* Strategizing with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.
* Identifying qualified candidates for submission with proposals according to proposal staffing requirements.
Skills Requirements
Technical
Three to five years of broad human resources experience, of which at least three years experience in a staffing agency is preferred. Must have excellent oral and written communications and excellent computer skills using database software and Internet software. Ability to successfully use Internet recruiting tools and job boards, i.e. DICE, Hotjobs, Monster, Craigslist, etc.
Managerial
Three years experience in managing the placement of temporary contractors and activities associated with on-boarding and off-boarding, client/contractor management, client communication and rate negotiations, contractor performance evaluations and contractor day-to-day project management. Must be able to motivate, inspire, and influence others. Must be a self-starter who can set and execute goals and lead by example. Must be able to work well under pressure, manage problem resolution and possess a strong work ethic.
Education and Training
The Recruiter must possess a 4 year College Degree, preferably in a field that offers an opportunity to gain a well rounded recruiting, staffing and human resources background, i.e Human Resources, Business Administration, etc.. Additional training in human resources and membership(s) in related associations is a key element to this position. Travel required: none Telecommute: no
