Warnaco Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a talented Corporate Recruiter to join our Human Resources team.  Warnaco's history dates back to 1874 when the original company designed, manufactured and sold Warner’s corsets to retailers. As a Corporate Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying and hiring Finance, Tax, Internal Audit and Information Technology professionals for our Milford, CT office.  We are seeking a “hands-on” individual with a proven ability to interface at all levels of an organization.  The successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to collaborate with and influence senior management, possess outstanding presentation skills, hold a Bachelor’s Degree along with a minimum of five (5) years experience recruiting for similar client groups.  Experience in the local Connecticut job market is a big plus.  As a Corporate Recruiter your responsibilities will include:

• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria utilizing a variety of sources including online job boards, networking, cold calls, and employee referrals
• Initiate contact with perspective candidates to inform them of employment opportunities, interview job applicants to match their qualifications with company needs and arrange interviews with hiring managers and members of the senior management team
• Maintain a “high-touch” approach with candidates keeping them informed at each stage of the interview process to ensure a positive candidate experience and build reputational value in the marketplace for Warnaco as an employer of choice
• Perform reference checks and initiate background screening on final applicants
• Develop and execute cost effective recruiting strategies centered on employer branding, candidate sourcing, cold calling, internet searches, career fairs, and employee referrals
