This position will lead a team of Recruiters in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of staff for worldwide operations. This individual will also have a scope, discipline, and/or business unit assigned to them and will manage and recruit specifically within that scope/discipline.
Primary Duties include but not limited to:
- Full cycle recruiting and the ability to handle 35+ requisitions at a time
- Source resumes, cold call, and generate leads as needed
- Provide weekly recruiting status reports for all open positions assigned
- Work with hiring managers to identify candidates for interview and follow through the hiring process and regularly update hiring managers with status reports on their vacancies
- Attend recruiting fairs and events representing the Company
- Network with professional associations, job clubs, colleagues, trade schools, military, etc. about employment opportunities
- Create job postings that are compliant with corporate job standards and select appropriate sources to advertise vacancies
- Determine appropriate pricing strategy and negotiate for the best deal when considering advertising dollars to be spent
- Use appropriate interviewing and assessment techniques to screen candidates
- Document candidate responses and interview information in ATS or appropriate place
- Comply with all laws, processes, and regulations
- Partner with hiring managers to give outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
- Achieve monthly hire targets and recruiter goals
- Mentor and Coach Junior Recruiters

Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or demonstrated equivalent.
- 8+ years professional Human Resource experience
- Prior engineering recruiting experience specifically in the engineering & construction industry, mining industry power industry, and/or oil & gas industry
- Must have a successful track record of sourcing and researching using multiple strategies: internet, direct, cold calling, networking, professional associations, job fairs, print, referrals, outplacement, and other media outlets , in order to source candidates;
- Working knowledge of employment labor law
- Proficient use of behavioral interviewing techniques
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite of software applications to include: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Positive attitude and approachability to candidates, team members, and hiring managers.
- SPHR/PHR preferred or the ability to obtain this certification
- AIRS certification or the ability to obtain this certification
- Must be able to travel as needed
