Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or demonstrated equivalent
- 5+ years recruiting experience
- Working knowledge of human resources laws and regulations (state and federal)
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite of software applications to include: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience recruiting for engineering and construction firms
- PHR/SPHR Certification
- Knowledge of and experience in OFCCP documentation
- Oracle / I-Recruitment experience
